Diane Kirk is a licensed CogMed Coach. CogMed is a computer-based training course which develops working memory and attention span and encourages learning.

Many people with dyslexia or other learning difficulties have problems with low-level cognitive processes - short-term memory, working memory, and attention - which underly the higher-level semantic and logical skills needed to read, write and use numbers. CogMed is an evidence-based method of addressing these low-level cognitive processes; it is fun and engaging for both children and adults.
